Terms of Service
Effective date: August 20, 2026
Thoughtomation helps businesses manage customer communication, responses, follow-up, summaries, and alerts.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business associated with the account.
Account and onboarding information
You agree to provide accurate and current information, protect access to your account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Thoughtomation's output depends on the business rules, services, pricing boundaries, operating preferences, and other information you provide.
Connected services
If you connect an inbox or another third-party service, you authorize Thoughtomation and its service providers to access and process the information made available through that connection solely to provide and secure the service. You must have the authority and permissions needed to connect the account and process the associated communications. You may disconnect an inbox through the account controls; disconnecting pauses automation and revokes the prior delivery verification.
An eligible sole account owner may use the guarded account controls to permanently delete the Thoughtomation workspace and hosted business data. The deletion flow requires recent authentication and multiple exact confirmations, revokes connected inbox authorization first, and is blocked for shared workspaces or unresolved billing. Limited billing, security, suppression, or deletion-receipt records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.
Subscription
The current standard service is offered as a monthly subscription at $300 per month. Any different price or service scope will be shown before purchase or agreed separately.
Preview and live trial
Public onboarding may include a free personalized preview that does not connect an inbox and does not require a payment method. An eligible customer may then expressly request one seven-day live trial. The trial clock begins only after the required inbox, delivery, and safety checks pass.
The live trial requires no card and does not create a charge or subscription. If you do not separately subscribe, live processing pauses and the connected inbox authorization is removed when the trial ends. A trial may not be restarted or repeated for the same customer workspace.
Billing
A live trial does not create a recurring subscription. Before any recurring subscription begins, a separate Stripe checkout will show the $300 monthly price, the billing interval, when the first payment and automatic renewal begin, and how to cancel. The subscription starts only after express affirmative consent.
Cancellation
You may cancel through available billing controls or by contacting support. No long-term contract is required. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; access and any effective cancellation date will be shown in the billing portal or confirmed by support.
Service Scope
Thoughtomation provides software-assisted customer-communication workflows based on the information you provide and the automation settings available in your portal. Depending on readiness and your settings, the service may prepare editable drafts, generate alerts, organize inquiries, suggest bounded quote ranges, or perform an expressly enabled automated action.
Calendar management, guaranteed appointment booking, professional advice, emergency dispatch, and any feature not expressly shown as available are outside the current service scope.
Automation and client responsibility
AI-generated classifications and content may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing drafts when review is required, maintaining accurate business and safety settings, and deciding how to use the output. Automated delivery, where available, remains subject to Thoughtomation's readiness, entitlement, suppression, and safety controls. We may pause an automation that appears unsafe, unauthorized, or inconsistent with configured limits.
No Guarantees
Thoughtomation is designed to improve responsiveness and operational consistency, but we do not guarantee leads, revenue, conversions, response accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or any specific business outcome.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to violate law or another person's rights; send deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications; impersonate another person; introduce malicious code; evade safety, authorization, or usage controls; or process information you are not permitted to use. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of your business communications.
Third-party services
Thoughtomation relies on third-party infrastructure, inbox, email, artificial-intelligence, database, authentication, and payment services. Their availability and separate terms may affect portions of the service. Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and suspension
We may change or discontinue features, apply reasonable usage and safety limits, or suspend access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or prevent harm or unauthorized use. When practical, we will provide notice of a material change that adversely affects an active paid subscription.
Intellectual property
Thoughtomation and its software, branding, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights in the business information and content you provide. You grant Thoughtomation the limited permission necessary to process that content to provide, secure, and improve the service.
