Accessibility at Thoughtomation
Thoughtomation is committed to providing a website and client portal that people with disabilities can use independently and effectively.
Our accessibility target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We use semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, labeled controls, accessible status messages, sufficient color contrast, reduced-motion support, and keyboard-operable navigation and actions.
Testing and maintenance
Accessibility is included in our development and release checks. We combine automated checks with rendered keyboard and screen-reader-oriented reviews. Because accessibility depends on content, browsers, assistive technology, and third-party services, we will continue testing and correcting barriers as the service changes.
Third-party services
Some optional steps, such as inbox authorization and payment, may open a secure page operated by another provider. Thoughtomation works to choose accessible providers, but those external interfaces are controlled by their respective operators. If one creates a barrier, contact us and we will help provide an alternative way to complete the task when reasonably possible.
Accessibility feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, email support@thoughtomation.io. Please describe the page, task, and problem you encountered. We will acknowledge accessibility requests promptly and work with you on an accessible alternative while correcting the issue.
